Thursday 9:45-10:45AM Kripalu Yoga with Anne Silverman All
Classes Fee Schedule
$8:00 per class for Members.  $10.00 per class for Non-Members.  Please make payments in the Meals on Wheels Front Desk and bring your receipt to class.  For more information, please call FitPlanet, Inc. at 941-746-1700 or e-mail info@fitplanetinc.com.
Fitness Levels - Find the Class that's best for you!
Level 1:  New to Exercise Programs. Basic movements and sequences are low impact.
Level 2:  Slightly more experienced participant. Simple movement patterns which vary at intensity levels.
Level 3:  Experienced Group Fitness Participant. More challenging movement patterns at higher intensity levels.
Level 4:  Athletic movement patterns are intricate. Highest Intensity.
