Jennifer is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian specializing in sports, cardiovascular and wellness nutrition. Jennifer
completed her academic training and dietetic internship at University of Florida graduating with a BS in Health Science
in Clinical and Community Dietetics. Jennifer holds certifications from the (NSCA) National Strength and Conditioning Association
as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USA Triathlon Certified Coach Level II and USA Cycling Certified Club
Coach.
Jennifer owns a Tampa Bay area independent nutrition and fitness consulting practice that creates individualized nutrition
and training programs for optimal physical performance and recovery. She is a regular speaker for USA Triathlon’s Coaching
Certification Clinics as well as a Sports Nutrition writer for IronmanLive.com. Her clients include strength, power and
endurance athletes from various levels ranging from recreational to elite and professional. Some of her current and previous
clients have included the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Major League Baseball professionals and members of the USA Triathlon National
Resident Team and Under 23 Team.

Jennifer applies practical application of current nutrition research into her practice. She maintains professional affiliations
with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also an active
member of the American Dietetic Association, and ADA’s Sports Cardiovascular Wellness Dietitians Practice Group.
A firm believer in the “practice what you preach” philosophy, Jennifer is a competitive runner and USAT All American triathlete.
She has completed multiple marathons and is a seven-time Ironman triathlon finisher including the 2003 Ironman Triathlon
World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. In 2005, will be racing as part of Her Sports Tri Team and as a member of Team USA competing
in ITU Long Course Triathlon World Championship in Fredericia, Denmark.
