Susan received her B.S. in Physiology from Oklahoma State University, then completed her Athletic Training Internship at
Drury College in Springfield, MO. Upon completion of her NATA exam, she was the interim Head Athletic Trainer at Drury College.
Susan went to University of Missouri and received her Master of Arts in Exercise Physiology.
Her 15 years of work experience involves head athletic trainer, exercise physiologist at Physiotherapy Associates, yoga
instructor, personal training, and group fitness. She holds certifications and instructor training with AFAA, AEA, BOSU,
and indoor cycling.

Susan is the creator and founder of TriKona™ Yoga, a program based on strength, endurance, and flexibility. Her areas of
specialty include functional and integrated strength training for the athlete, pre/post natal fitness and youth fitness.
Susan currently lives in Wenatchee, WA where she works at a local club teaching indoor cycling, functional core conditioning,
yoga, and water fitness classes. She also teaches Athletic Training at Wenatchee Valley College. Susan enjoys hiking, mountain
biking, cycling, and skiing in Washington.
