Rock The Clock

How To Do It
  • Get into the plank position, with the BOSU® Balance Trainer turned so the dome side is down.  Now imagine the BOSU® Balance Trainer is a clock. Tip the 9 o’clock side down, then 3 o’clock, then the 12 o’clock and then 6 o’clock down.
  • Add a push up each time you move the clock down.  Ensure proper body alignment is maintained throughout the exercise.  Do not let the back sway or the bum hike into the air.  Keep the elbows close to the body to emphasize triceps.
